IMPORTANT!!!!! Please Read...

     If you think you have a defective IGS / PC Concepts product, you need to contact our technical support department to have a technician go thru some troubleshooting with you and if they can't get the product to work properly, the technician you are speaking with will issue you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can send the product back to us for testing and possibly replacement, if the product is still under warranty.

Our limited lifetime warranty is for the life of the product, which means.  You have (3) years to request a warranty for most of our products, The three years start the date of purchase.  You must have your serial # item # and copy of your original sales receipt to obtain a warranty claim.  If you do not have your copy of the original sales receipt you will need to contact the place the product was sold and obtain a copy of your sales receipt.      

     1). DO NOT send products back without first getting an "RMA#" first.  In order to receive an "RMA#" you must speak with a technician, either by phone or email.

 

     2). All [IGS / PC Concepts] products are warranted for defective parts only!  If your product has been damaged, due to misuse, by accident or neglect, IGS / PC Concepts can not and will not replace that product.  Our warranties only covers manufactures defects. 

 

     3). If you have a defective product and wish to return it for replacement or repairs, you must send with the product a copy of your original sales receipt or we will hold the product until you send the copy of your receipt or you send funds to have the product shipped back to you. 

 

     4). If your product is defective and you get an "RMA" to return it to us, you will have to pay for the shipping to us, and we will pay for the shipping back to you.

 

    5). IGS is not responsible for any merchandise sent back to us without prior authorization (RMA #).

 

     6). For your protection, if you are sending back defective merchandise you should send it with a carrier that will issue you a tracking # so you will have proof of delivery (POD).

 

     7). IGS is not responsible for damage done to products being shipped back to us.  Always insure your packages for your protection.

 

     8). All packages sent to IGS should have the "RMA" on the outside of the packaging so we will know how to process it when it arrives.

 

    9). IGS is not responsible for damaged product during shipping.

Please follow these procedures when you have a product you believe is defective.  IGS is not responsible for any products sent back to us without prior return authorization from one of our technical staff.
