Phones calls and emails may be
monitored by the supervisor of that department for quality
assurance and training purposes. Any correspondence between
you and any of our staff either it be by phone or email, is
strictly confidential and will remain private between you, the
customer, and IGS.

IGS does reserve the right to use
customer information in our customer databases to periodically
send new product information and upgrades for products.
Product registration information is used for proof of ownership of
the product you are registering. This information helps us
determine if a product is still under warranty, and to help us
expedite repairs or replacements. We at IGS, respect your
